This area is very well-educated, with many new job opportunities appearing all of the time. This area is a hotbed for many people trying to move out of the larger metropolis areas to live a cleaner, more easy-going lifestyle. The only problem with living in this area is that you might have to drive a long distance to get to a city, because much of the housing in the area is located in more of the rural regions.
